This is a residential area. Our Guest House is surrounded by residents in adjacent buildings. Hence no loud music or any other type of noise affecting the neighbours is permitted. If we feel so, we have the right to cancel your booking immediately.
Due to safety reasons, lift will be operational between 8 AM to 10 PM only.
Power Back Up is available for 4 hours only. We are not responsible for Power cuts affecting your stay. ACs will not be operational during Power cuts.
Wifi Availability is as per the service provider. Disruption in the same can affect your experience. We apologise for the same in advance.
All bulk bookings will have to maintain decorum without affecting the other guests the neighbouring residents.
Maximum 2 adults per room. Extra Bed-maximum 1 per room shall be charged at Rs. 500 per day, Children above 12 years shall be considered as adult.
Breakfast is complimentary. It cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.
Main Gate will always be closed. We request you to call the concerned person for opening the Gate.
Food Items is restricted to the Menu Card Only. Non-Veg Items To be ordered at least 2 hours in advance. Customers to take care of personal belongings and valuables. Management shall not be responsible for the loss of such items.
